Itinerary

Day 01 :
Wat Huay Mongkol – Pa La-U Jungle Adventure

Your adventure begins with a transfer from your hotel to the famous Wat Huay Mongkol Temple, home to one of Thailand’s largest monk statues.

From here, we cycle along scenic countryside roads and beautiful lakes with some sections on gravel roads. The route continues through jungle scenery towards the Pa La-U area, where there is a chance to spot wild elephants in their natural habitat.

After visiting the waterfall area, we arrive at our peaceful resort surrounded by nature.

Day 02 :
Pa La-U – Orchards – Kaeng Krachan

Today's bike tour is one of the most scenic family adventures in the region. Approximately 40% of the route follows quiet gravel paths through tropical fruit plantations with mangoes, durian, jackfruit, and pineapples.

Afterward, we'll cycle through a beautiful jungle landscape to Kaeng Krachan National Park.

After lunch, a relaxing rafting trip on the river awaits you before we return to Hua Hin.

Day 03 :
Free Day in Hua Hin

Enjoy a relaxing day in Hua Hin.

Day 04 :
Zipline Adventure & Sunset Ride

This morning we head to the Treetop Adventure Park for an exciting zipline experience through the forest canopy.

After lunch and some relaxation time at the hotel, we continue with a beautiful sunset cycling ride around Bueng Bua Lake.

Day 05 :
Coastal Ride to Sam Roi Yot National Park

Today we cycle south along beautiful coastal roads and quiet bays towards Sam Roi Yot National Park.

We stop for coffee along the route and enjoy lunch directly at the beach in Dolphin Bay.

In the afternoon, we experience an exciting wildlife safari where local trucks bring us deep into the nature area to search for wild elephants and other animals.

Day 06 :
Departure Day

Enjoy a relaxing final morning at the beach or resort pool.

Afterwards at 1 pm, we transfer you back to Hua Hin where the tour ends.

Ich bin mittlerweile schon 3 Touren mit Lucien und seinem großartigem Team gefahren (Bangkok-Phuket, Bangkok-Hanoi, Phuket-LAngkawi). We took the 6 day Self Guided Tour from Hua Hin in Thailand. Lucien and Suthara took care of all the planning, providing us with good quality bikes (one hybrid, one e-bike), a full set of gpx files for navigation, and some excellent resorts to stay in each night. We also had him organise daily forwarding of our luggage (this was part of a bigger trip). All the arrangements worked seamlessly. The cycling is not of itself particularly demanding for anyone accustomed to the distances involved but we did find the heat draining. Road surfaces range from decent tarmac roads to gravel tracks and everything in between as you are out in open countryside most of the time. A great way to see Thailand beyond the tourist traps.
